Sun Noodle（サンヌードル）
1981年、創業者・CEO夘木栄人（うき ひでひと）さんがスーツケースひとつで日本からハワイへ渡り、ホノルルに製麺所を開いたのが始まり。ラーメン・サイミン・焼きそば・うどんなど、保存料や着色料を使わない生麺をつくり続けています。ハワイの沖縄そばもサンヌードル’です！現在はカリフォルニア、ニュージャージー、オランダにも工場があり、世界のラーメンブームを支える製麺企業です。様々なハワイのスーパーで様々な麺を購入できます。もちろんハワイのラーメン屋さんのほとんどにオリジナルの麺をおろしています。
It all began in 1981, when founder and CEO Hidehito Uki came from Japan to Hawaii with a single suitcase and opened a noodle factory in Honolulu. Ever since, Sun Noodle has been making fresh noodles — ramen, saimin, yakisoba, udon and more — with no preservatives and no artificial coloring. Hawaii's Okinawa soba is Sun Noodle too! Today the company also has plants in California, New Jersey and the Netherlands, supplying the worldwide ramen boom. You can find their noodles in supermarkets all over Hawaii, and most ramen shops in the islands serve noodles made just for them.

Aloha Tofu Factory（アロハ・トーフ・ファクトリー）
1950年、上原亀三郎・鶴子夫妻が友人の豆腐店を引き継いだのが始まり。現在は、孫である3代目のポール・ウエハラ（上原ポール）氏が妻の美砂氏とともに伝統の味を守り続けています。カリヒの工場で豆腐や大豆食品をつくり続ける、ハワイで最も古く最大の豆腐メーカーです。作りたてのお豆腐も工場で買えます。最近工場設備も新しくしたばかり、豆腐工場見学も受け付けています。
Aloha Tofu began in 1950, when Kamesaburo and Tsuruko Uehara took over a friend's tofu shop. Today their grandson Paul Uehara, the third generation, carries on the family's traditional flavors together with his wife Misa. Hawaii's oldest and largest tofu maker, the company still makes tofu and soy foods at its Kalihi factory. Freshly made tofu is available at the factory itself, and now that the facilities have been renovated, factory tours are welcome as well.

玉城流 扇寿会 フランセス仲地 琉舞道場
1997年、フランセス仲地久場先生が、沖縄の音楽・舞踊・文化をハワイと世界に受け継いでいくために設立した道場です。琉球舞踊の古典・雑踊り・創作舞踊を、大人から子どもまで指導しています（501(c)3 非営利団体）。
Founded in 1997 by Sensei Frances Nakachi Kuba to pass Okinawan music, dance and culture on to Hawaii and to the world. The dojo teaches Ryukyuan dance — classical, zo-odori and newly created works — to students of every age, from children to adults. (A 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.)

琉球古典音楽（歌三線）の流派のひとつ、野村流の音楽協会。ハワイ支部は HUOA の文化ディレクトリに登録されており、毎年、琉球箏曲興陽会ハワイ支部との合同演奏会を開いています。
The music association of Nomura Ryu, one of the schools of Ryukyuan classical music (uta-sanshin). The Hawaii chapter is listed in HUOA's Okinawan Cultural Directory and holds a joint recital each year with the Hawaii chapter of the Ryukyu Sokyoku Koyo Kai.
